The Vanguard Group is one of the nation’s leading retirement platforms. It is also one of the largest shareholders of both GEO Group and CoreCivic, major private prison corporations profiting off immigrant surveillance, detention, and deportation.

When values-based institutions rely on Vanguard to manage our retirement funds, our dollars inadvertently help sustain an industry that directly harms the communities we serve.

We're asking organizations to sign the pledge to Drop Vanguard as a retirement plan provider and remove Vanguard funds from their retirement offerings. Signatories commit to transitioning their assets to more ethical, mission-aligned alternatives.

Our goal is to mobilize 100 non-profits, foundations, and other values-based institutions to drop Vanguard within the next six months, culminating in a powerful public statement of collective action and accountability.
